We only make deliveries in the United Kingdom.

Delivery Policy


· All orders received by 1p.m. will be processed on the same day and dispatched according to the delivery method chosen and charged.

· Only one delivery charge will be applied to your order regardless of the number of items purchased.

· If your item is out of stock or may incur a delay in delivery we will endeavor to inform you by email or telephone on the day of order with the option to cancel the order.

· Where suitable and/or to expedite delivery some items may be dispatched directly from the manufacturer

UK standard delivery - £5.95

Deliveries to addresses in the mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man will be made within 2-4 working days after placing your order by Royal Mail or our appointed courier. Please note that working days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays.

UK next day delivery - £8.99

For expedited delivery to UK Mainland addresses, orders must be received by 1pm (Mon-Thurs) and 12pm (Fri) to receive Next Working Day. The guaranteed Next Working Day for orders placed on Friday is Monday although your items ‘may’ arrive sooner. This excludes Bank Holidays. This service covers mainland UK and excludes Northern Ireland and some areas of Northern Scotland.

Large and /or custom fitted items such as saddles are delivered by courier or by ourselves within the purchase price at a time and place agreed at the point of order.

Orders can be dispatched to the Republic of Ireland, continental Europe and beyond. Please contact us by email or telephone before completing checkout to have shipping charges by the most efficient method quoted. We reserve the right to cancel overseas orders that complete checkout without confirming shipping charges if they exceed our standard charges.

Returns

Returns of non-faulty, after notification to DHI Equestrian, are to be made at the customer’s expense and by a signed for and insured method. DHI Equestrian cannot be held responsible for failure to receive items sent by any other method. Please see Terms and Conditions for a full explanation of our return policy.
